I suppose it's from Arirang.
See Claudius' Scissors and Wine Chocolate below.

A famous Japanese rares site Bloodtile says these were able to turn into Chocolate(Wine Chocolate). See Chocolate above and Wine Chocolate below.

I heard 2 or 3 were given out. I saw it facing East in pic.

I know it has been already in game at least around Summer 2004, as a seller tried to sell it to me.
I don't know if it's an old Korean historical rare or created at that time following EM rares.

It was a Prize for fishing contest held in Han-Ok
As you see [Balhae] in the last, there could be Arirang version, and might be Formosa version.
Fished up things like special colored fishes were became belongings to participants instantly.

A player attended the event told me: an event monster played by GM threw these on the ground many times around WBB, players picked them up.
I saw over 10 were sold in a week on my home shard Asuka, one of the Japanese shards.

From a fishing contest.
It's the same name as one of the fished up magical small fishes.
From these event fishes as far as I know, I guess each fish had one of the magical fishes' name.
The smiple Fish might lost its original name by stack-n-unstack bug.
See Prized Fish, Truly Rare Fish, and Wondrous Fish below.

FYI I saw named white muffin Songpyon, it literally mean Pine-Dumpling in Korean(by web dictionary might be wrong translation).

A player reported that he gathered logs bring them to LB Castle and got an hatchet with his name on it on Formosa.
It seems a compatible event to a official event, To build gates in valleys near Britain against orc invasion, but I can't found a gate in neither West nor North valley of Britain on Formosa.
It might be an original event.
