A fever of UOML was becoming calm gradually through 2006.
EMs were nearly quiet. While a few shards had no event but official one finally, some other shards' EMs were still alive.
But it seems that the Halloween 2006 or Christmas was actually their last job. The EM program will have a cease in 2007.
This Season is crossing over Season 2006, so see the next season for more info.
Note: In original post by mdacc, he take Pre-Season V from Season V. But I combined both for convinience, because there is only 1 item in Pre-Season V.
