I lost a source but maybe on UOSS a guy talked to Napa EM and informed he made 400ish Tal Robes and 2000ish RGB sashes.
Some Tal Robes which handed out by evil dragon Tal'Keesh in the beggining were not like new Invul Blue-ish ones but reproductive blue color.
